How do I contact the owner?

You can contact the owner by using our contact form or using the phone number provided in the contact form

How do I make a booking?

There is a section on the site called Reservations. Once you fill out the form and verify your booking, you will be taken to Googles Secure Checkout site where you will make your payment online.

Will the price be cheaper if I book nearer the time?

No. The rates are set rates and are first come first serve only. However, you can sign up for our newsletter where you will be offered discounts.

How are cancellations / refunds handled?

All deposits, refunds and cancellations will be credited back to your account.

What type of pre arrival instructions should I expect?

Once your reservations have been successfully recieved you will be sent a welcome email that should address all of your questions.

How do I pick up the key?

In your welcome email you will be sent the code to the lock box, as well as the WiFi code.

How many sets of keys do I get?

Two

What if there is a problem with the property during my stay?

Notify management immediately at the phone numbers we will provide to you and use the "Important Numbers" on resources page to contact the appropriate business to address the issue.

Are pets allowed?

No

Is there tobacco smoking allowed in the house?

No. If there is any tobacco smoking within the house, $100 will be deducted from your deposit per our user agreement.

How many cars can be parked on the driveway?

Five

How often will the linen be changed?

The linens will be changed after each checkout. We provide extra linens and a laundry room should you desire fresh linens each night.

Can I arrange for extra's such as fresh flowers, champagne, etc?

Yes. We are happy to make your stay here a special one so please contact us beforehand to make special arrangements upon your arrival.

What happens when I leave?

Checkout time is at 11:00 AM. No later. You will deposit the keys back into the lockbox so the property manager and the cleaning crew can prepare the home for the next visitors.

Can I read testimonials?

We will provide testimonials on this website in the future. Until then you are more than welcome to sign and read the guestbook we provide during your stay.
